Pool Filtration Systems

Filtration is the first line of water clarity. We supply and install three filter technologies and size each one to your pool's turnover rate and bather load so the water stays clear without excessive backwashing or energy use.

Sand & glass-media filters

High-rate sand filters remain the workhorse of commercial pools. By switching the media bed to activated filter glass we lift filtration down to 5 microns, cut backwash water by up to 30% and extend media life from years to a decade.

• Filtration grade: 10–15 micron (sand), 4–5 micron (glass media)
• Filtration velocity held below 25 m/h for commercial duty
• Multiport or side-mount backwash valves with sight glass

Cartridge filters

Cartridge systems give the finest mechanical filtration with zero backwash water — ideal where water is scarce or drainage is restricted. Pleated polyester elements are simply removed and hosed clean.

Diatomaceous earth (DE) filters

For the highest polish — competition and spa pools — DE filters trap particles down to 2–3 micron, producing water with visible sparkle.
